RENUZIT® HOLIDAY SWEEPSTAKES
9/28/09-1/1/10
- 1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. Open to individual, legal residents of FL, GA, SC, AL and TN who are 18 years of age and older. Employees of The Dial Corporation (“Sponsor”), Publix Super Markets, Inc. (“Publix”), Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and each of their respective parents, successors and assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void outside FL, GA, SC, AL and TN and where prohibited.
- 2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins 9/28/09 and ends on 1/1/10 (the “Promotion Period”). To enter by mail, complete an Official Entry form found at participating Publix Super Markets through 1/1/10, while supplies last then mail in an envelope (no larger than #10) with postage to: Renuzit® Holiday Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 590, Wilton, CT 06897-0590 (a “Mail-in Entry”). You may also download and print out a mail-in entry form by visiting www.Renuzit.com/PublixHolidaySweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 1/1/10 and received by 1/15/10. Entries postmarked after 1/1/10 will be void and ineligible. Limit one (1) Mail-in Entry per envelope per day. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor, Publix and Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services (Released Parties) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, postage due or stolen entries or mail and all such entries will be void.
- 3. PRIZES: On or about 1/22/10, a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Integrated Marketing Services, an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received, to award Fifty (50) Grand Prizes of a $50 Publix Gift Card. Gift card use subject to the terms and conditions set by Publix Super Markets, Inc. No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Total value of all prizes: $2,500. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Limit: one (1) prize per person/household. Entries submitted for the Renuzit® Holiday Sweepstakes are only eligible for this sweepstakes and do not remain eligible for any subsequent drawings or sweepstakes.
- 4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. If winner is an eligible minor at the time of prize award (a resident of AL who is 18), prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required winner documents. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s agreement and permission for Sponsor, Publix and their agencies to use winner’s name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in and/or accepting prize Sweepstakes entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Integrated Marketing Services, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Publix Super Markets, Inc., Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents and promotion and advertising agencies, and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use or misuse of the prize or any product or prize certificate awarded including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the United States and by entering you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of New York State.
- 5. WINNERS LIST: Mail a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to be received by 2/15/10 to: Renuzit® Holiday Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 7276, Wilton, CT 06897-7276. Winners list will be sent after winners have been verified and prizes have been awarded.
